Groundwork South West is holding their annual environmental law update in partnership with Bond Pearce and the Environment Agency. Updates will cover a range of legislation including: Waste, Pollution Prevention and Control, Water, Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Energy Efficiency Scheme, Contaminated land and New EA Civil Sanctions.
