The presentation covers background on metrics, particularly scope 1 - 3 carbon metrics for Sustainable
Development, including what is currently measurable and how to set tragets using those measurements. It also contains advice on taget setting and links to useful resources and other sources of information. Of particular interest to those reporting carbon reduction to Finance Directors is the NHS MAC curve (slide 12) which shows both financial and carbon savings for interventions.
