UK Climate Change Injustice Reports from Joseph Rowntree Foundation

According to new reports commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF), the people who emit the least carbon in the UK are most likely to suffer from the consequences of climate change. This is the first study of this kind. JRF is hoping the reports “Who emits the most carbon” and “Who and where is most vulnerable to climate change” in the UK will be used to inform policy makers.
