  • Produce a board level Sustainable Development Management Plan, that includes with Carbon Reduction Plan and Green Travel Plan
  • Ensure that carbon reduction and other sustainability activities are reported up through the organisation, including through a permanent agenda item at Board meetings.
  • Identify a non-executive board member as ‘Sustainability Champion’ (or Corporate Citizen Champion) to  promote good carbon governance as a corporate responsibility of the whole board.
